What’s really going on with Britney?

I continue to be so confused by Britney and her Instagram — there were the birthday posts about Jamie-Lynn, Jessica Simpson, and her sons (and she deleted one of the latter). And then there was the weird video with Sam when she was off-camera, and it truly seemed like someone spliced in audio of Britney saying “thank you so much.”

Not to mention the whole “flu” stuff — her caption claiming she was sick (perhaps to justify the weird voice), but then pictures on Sam’s IG showed her dressed up to go to Nobu.

I find the whole thing really confusing… especially since we haven’t really seen her publicly. Like, no paparazzi pictures at all, even with her supposedly out and about?

I thought she was going to be okay, but it’s all so strange. Anyone have thoughts about what’s going on?
