For me, it's gotta be Blake. I've loved quick wardrobe changes ever since Center Stage, so anything that transforms while STILL on the red carpet is just *perfection*.

Kerry Washington looked amazing and it's black, and I only ever wear black. Not very on theme, but still stunning! Dakota Johnson, never fails. She's so beautiful! To my point earlier about all black... Irina Shayk's is definitely the most practical! I'd prob also wear the diamond of the ball, Phoebe Dynevor's dress! beautiful! 

I would chicken out but Chloe Bailey looked great. On theme and just stunning!
