Depends on the person. If he has his own sense of style, then he'll likely be able to pull off something that the general man would not.

I feel like we are past the “comfort” peak of post-pandemic fashion enough that overalls should be kept in the past. Maybe it’s just my resentment over never being able to wear them as a long-torso’d individual, but just… no. 

Depends on the fella and his fashion sense. I could see it going wrong for most men, but then every now and then rocking it.

But last night, I went out to eat at a semi-nice restaurant (not four-star dining, just a standard good restaurant). At a table, I spotted a couple on a date — and the man was wearing overalls. 

Mind you, this wasn't, like, a farmhand man. He looked very trendy, with very carefully styled hair and facial hair. But... also, a pair of overalls. 

I hated it. I hated everything I was looking at. I was appalled, particularly given he was on a date. But is this now normal? Are men just allowed to wear overalls on a nice night out? Do they get a free pass for EVERYTHING? Or am I totally in the wrong, and this was a Good Fashion Moment? 

Are we... okay with men's overalls now?
