Season 2 was meh, so I'm actually okay with this. It's like they were trying to recapture some of the sexiness with season 2, but this I feel like is a good opportunity to focus more on the actual relationship itself. Like, I actively root for Polin, versus with even Daphne and Simon it was like... I dunno, SHOULD they be together?

Is it bad that I feel like nothing can top the pure sugar rush of season one? I found season two pretty boring and don't have any energy for season 3...

Lady Whistledown (aka the Netflix team) has announced what Season 3 will focus on! And…. It’s POLIN! Here’s what the announcement said: 

It is only fair that in this author's third year chronicling the marriage mart, Mayfair's social season should find its focus on a third son...as well as a third daughter.

This author can confirm that the upcoming season shall follow none other than the budding relationship between Mr. Colin Bridgerton and one Miss Penelope Featherington.

With Penelope's days as a wallflower wearing thin, will she finally take bloom? Time will tell, and as always, so will this author.
