Here's how this could look for this chat:

A: Hey babe. I know we haven't had sex in 3 months. 

E: I feel ______ (emotion) when _________(thing). ex: I feel disconnected and sad when we don't share any physical intimacy.

O: What I would love to do is..... How does that sound/What do you think? ex: I'd love to plan a time for us to be physically intimate in some way. What do you think?

And I don’t know how to bring it up. I don’t necessarily even miss having sex, but I do miss the intimacy. How should I handle this?
