My favorite nap show is Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and that’s a compliment.

So, I used to be SVU faithful, and, in general Law & Order faithful — mostly because I never actually cared about the cops' storylines, and only wanted the ripped-from-the-headlines case. (Especially whenever SVU did episodes about his daughter. Ugh. BORING.)

BUT I've been getting really into Criminal Minds lately, which is strange because it's ALL about the BAU. But I am 100% along for the ride.

All in that order. I find these shows to be the best when you just need noise on in the background but don't need to watch watch. What are your go-to procedurals?
