The Seinfeld finale was controversial mostly because the last couple episodes were essentially clip shows — I don’t hate that they ended up in jail, but it could have been executed much better. 

That said! To your question, there are two possible ways to interpret. The Sunny characters probably SHOULD be jailed, but I think we’re going for so-obnoxious-they-should-be-punished. Modern Family, mostly bc of Lily, and, oh god, everyone on Glee. Lock them all up. Especially Mr. Schue.

Everyone on Shameless should have ended up in jail, especially Frank. 

I would also say everyone in Riverdale belongs in jail for the crimes its plotlines have committed, but they all have already been in jail. And we don’t need another Jailhouse Rock. 

I was just sitting here giggling and thinking about the fact that Seinfeld really ended their entire series with the main characters being thrown in jail. I know at the time it was probably the equivalent of how the gossip girl finale ended for my generation. Terribly. But since I was a mere toddler when this aired, looking back at it I think that it was hilarious. I’m not about to ask you your thoughts on the seinfeld finale, today at least. 

But what I do want to know is, if you could have any cast end up in jail  as their series finale what cast would it be? 

For me, I hate young Sheldon so much that I don’t even care that he’s a kid on the show I want the finale to end up with him and everyone on the cast in jail. And that goes for the original show that young Sheldon is based off of too That’s right, the cast of big bang theory should’ve all ended up in jail. While we’re at it,  let’s take the cast of how I met your father and put them in jail. Along with the cast of how I met your mother. Mike and Molly? Jail. Oh, the cast of mom? Jail. The cast of Jessie? Jail. Oh my God I’m just having too much fun with this. I’ll stop myself here: the cast of everybody loves raymond
