I think if it works for them, great. But sometimes, just because you can tell us all your hopes, dreams, and inner workings of your relationship, doesn't mean you have to! 

She's a completely different person than before she was with Dean. I can't imagine every traditional thought or desire she once had for her life has just magically gone away for him. It's sad bc it seems like he doesn't like her for who she is. 

Well, I feel like she knows he isn't going to do it, so she's gotta be the one to broach the subject. 

But I hate the "all about him" line — this is your life too, Caelynn! It's amazing how much Dean changed between Rachel's season and now.

First let me start by saying that I am not someone who feels the man needs to be the one to propose. Except when it comes to this specific relationship. 

Caelynn recently said that "I love the idea of planning a special moment that's all about him."

Why. Just why. Your proposal shouldn't just be about one person, that is silly. And secondly, they have a history of her doing a lot of the emotional labor when it comes to this relationship. He famously doesn't tell her he loves her and she's 'ok" with it... They just rub me the wrong way because he just feels soooo selfish to me.
