Mrs. Kasha Davis Reflects On Finishing 11th On 'Drag Race' Season 7

"It's a virus and we don't want a vaccine for that one," Mrs. Kasha Davis tells Joseph Shepherd in the latest episode of Exposed: Dragged Out. Of course, they're not talking about COVID or the seasonal flu, but RuPaul's Drag Race, a franchise that's "spreading" — and helping provide fruitful careers for queens like Kasha and other contestants on her much-derided season, Season 7.

Because, after being eliminated and finishing 11th on the season, Kasha has a lot going for them, including children's show Imagination Station and the documentary Workhorse Queen. As they tell Joseph, "Success comes in cans, not in can'ts ... So if you want to get it, go and get it."

It's a mantra that many of their fellow Season 7 contestants must have followed, given their success track record in spite of the unpopularity of the season. But it's camaraderie that helped them thrive — Kasha says that coaching conversations and a group chat allowed them to work together to get ahead.

In the latest episode of Exposed: Dragged Out, Kasha reflects on their Drag Race past with Joseph, including their elimination and what they wish wasn't cut from the season. Listen to the brand-new episode, sponsored by ZocDoc, below, or on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts to listen to Kasha talk about their upbringing in Scranton, what their Death Becomes Her look would have been and who they want to see in All-Stars.
