I'M FUNNY GODDAMMIT MEN SHOULD LAUGH AT MY JOKES AND BE THANKFUL THEY HEARD THEM

MY WIT IS A GIFT THAT ONLY SOME MEN DESERVE. And I hope men know that "dad jokes" don't count as a sense of humor. 

I also wonder if all men think they are hilarious. I could see a lot of men getting very offended if you told them they are not funny. Whereas if I told half my female friends they weren't funny, they'd be, "Okay, that's fine."

Saw this in a Scientific American article about the humor gap in relationships, and read this particularly infuriating fact:

“Although both sexes say they want a sense of humor, in our research women interpreted this as ‘someone who makes me laugh,’ and men wanted ‘someone who laughs at my jokes.'"

From experience, this feels way too true.
