What is your perfect date night?

My husband and I are looking into some fun summer date nights that we can plan and look forward to over the next few months. We were thinking a cocktail making class, concerts in the park, etc., but wondering what everyone else has found to be fun and not over the top for the summer months when it comes to date night!
