Yes! It was a summer night  in Venice in the Piazza San Marco. We were watching the restaurant musicians performing outside  and they were walking around the tables. They paused for a moment at a couple's table and the guy got down on one knee and popped the question. She said yes. It was very over the top and extremely romantic.
