'Million Dollar Listing' Star Steve Gold Has Never Googled Himself, Until Now

It's back, baby. And by "it" I mean New York City real estate, as well as Million Dollar Listing, New York. The ninth season of the series premiered last Thursday and we saw our buddies Ryan Serhant, Tyler Whitman, Steve Gold, and newcomer Kirsten Jordan navigate a city that's about to be — and then is — brought to a standstill.

Due to the pandemic, Season 9 took about two years to film and Steve tells me that he's more excited than ever to watch it, just because so much time has passed. "At the beginning of the season, my daughter’s basically born, and now she turns two in June!" he tells me.

Below, the Million Dollar Listing New York star and I talk about his castmates, what it was like working with Dorinda Medley, and Steve Googles himself on the spot.

In the trailer for Season 9, we see you hang out with Dorinda Medley. Did you go to Blue Stone Manor?

Dorinda and I have a lot of mutual friends and I've known her for many years and I adore her. I actually didn't go to Blue Stone Manor. She came to a property I represented. I don't want to give too much away, but, I invited her over to the property I took on — Blue Stone Manor is only about 20 minutes or 30 minutes or so away from it — and it’s an amazing, amazing, farm property in Ancramdale, New York. The owner of this property is, I mean, she's very well known in New York City circles.
