Premium- Million Dollar Listing -'MDLNY' Star Kirsten Jordan On Her Decision To Join The Cast (And Who She Knew Beforehand)
Talking to Million Dollar Listing New York newcomer Kirsten Jordan on the phone is exactly what you'd expect it to be: efficient. When you add "reality star" to a list of jobs that already includes real estate executive, wellness enthusiast, race walker, and mother, you don't have a lot of time to just shoot the shit.
KJ was able to spare some minutes to talk to us about what it's like joining the Bravoverse, her previous friendships with the cast, and whether or not a crossover with Netflix's Selling Sunset would be her dream come true, or mine. Spoiler: it's mine.
Take it away, Kirsten!
The Dipp: What's it like joining the Bravo Universe?
Kirsten Jordan: It definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone. I learned how to put on makeup and put together a nice outfit. So I feel good about that. And you know it's been, honestly, it's just been really, really fun. The whole process has been a blast.
Was it a hard decision to join the cast?
I was ready to take my career to the next level, so it was pretty much a no-brainer when the question was popped. It also looked like a lot of fun and that really was part of it for me, as well.
Did you connect with any of your cast members?
I've known everybody in some form or another before I joined. I definitely knew Ryan Serhant beforehand — we've been friendly in the industry because of the industry itself — and he works with my husband on one of his projects, so that was another way that we had connected.
