The 'Men In Kilts' Abseiling Adventure Proves You're Either A Graham McTavish Or Sam Heughan

Sam Heughan's attempts to wind up his buddy and Men in Kilts travel companion Graham McTavish were taken to new, literal heights in "Scotland by Land, Air, and Sea." For their latest Men in Kilts adventure, the Outlander actors went abseiling (or rappelling, for those watching in the U.S.). For all of their amusing "vanter" — a new term, courtesy of McTavish and Heughan's banter in their camper van — McTavish was genuinely terrified this time around. And seeing how these two humans handled climbing backward down a mountain 100 meters (approximately 330 feet) from the sea with only a rope supporting them made me wonder: When it comes to life's most daring adventures, aren't we all either a Heughan or a McTavish?

It might be my own crippling fear of heights or my desire to channel Carrie Bradshaw, but the question is valid. When it comes to extreme sports, do you jump in feet first? Or, do you reluctantly tiptoe in the heather, fear taking over your body as you proclaim, "I don't know what's happening" and hope the extremeness never comes?

Imagine now that you are about to rappel down Kilt Rock after traveling 🎶 over the sea to Skye 🎶 and take this very scientific and very necessary quiz about how you'd handle the situation to figure out if you're a Sam or a Graham.
