Honestly bloody Mary’s are the cure for me. A bit of hair of the dog but not too much and that tomato juice baby. Also any type of bread situation to soak that stuff up. Although I am maybe the worst person to ask as my hangovers seem to last three days now. 

Once I’ve downed a ton of water a bacon, egg, and cheese and some caffeine usually does the trick for me! Good luck! 

Bagel and water. And nap. And then, once the wedding starts, it’s hair of the dog babay.

I usually shove a ton of croutons in my mouth, and hydrate with Gatorade. One hack for the night before — when you know you’ve imbibed too much: rice. Just come home, make yourself some rice, and let it soak up everything. It’s the best preventative measure I’ve used.

Please help me. I have a wedding tonight and am in so much pain from the rehearsal dinner Chardonnay. 

I’ve had 3 Advil’s and a liquid IV. I think the next step is food but I can’t figure out what will heal me? Not to mention I have a lunch date and important errands to run all before 5 pm. Help!
