Fire pit envy is real this time of year

It's a beautiful, cool night where I am and I can smell the intoxicating aroma coming from one of my neighbor's fire pits and I'm so jealous. I'm seriously about to float over there like a cartoon character smelling a pie. I love the smell and I love sitting around a fire and I cannot do that because I live in a second floor apartment and I feel like that's probably a fire code/building violation. Who has a fire pit? Or who, like me, just dreams of having one from afar?
