What non-food-related unhealthy habits do you want to break?

Whenever we hear “unhealthy,” we think about junk food, or whatever is in our pantry that we “shouldn’t” be eating. But there are habits more unhealthy than a slice of pizza or pint of ice cream that we should focus on breaking.

For example, I procrastinate bedtime by scrolling through as many social feeds as possible until there feels there is simply no more internet. Not only does this shorten my sleep time, but screentime before bed is supposed to hurt your sleep patterns too.
