Anytime that I have an disagreement with a person that gets tense, I go to my closet and hide.  It's what I did when I was a kid and I heard arguments in my home.   

I apologize profusely for things beyond my control because I’m used to doing everything the right way and when I screw one thing up I think about it obsessively. I also have a very pessimistic attitude because lots of bad things have happened or COULD happen.

I also hate asking for help because it makes me feel weak.
