Showering before bed. I’m not sure why it works,  but I always sleep SO much better. And a good night’s sleep keeps the flare-ups away for me. 

Oof, sorry to hear it. I heard that this spring is supposed to be especially bad for allergies — made worse by the fact that we are so used to having masks on. 

For me, Claritin, Claritin, Claritin. Also, working out first thing in the am helps clean out everything, I’ve found. But overall, I think we are just gonna struggle through this one. 😩

Did you find that since we’ve been wearing masks that your allergies are better worst or the same?

I’m suffering hard right now. And every spring I take the right steps. I take my little pill, try to wash the pollen off my body and clothes after I’m outside. What else should I be doing? 

What homeopathic remedies do you use? I’m desperate!
