14/10, 16/8, 20/2?
Has anyone here tried intermittent fasting? My friend swears by 16/8 and honestly he looks really good. On the Internet a lot of people use it not only for weight loss but just for health benefits in general I don’t know if I could skip straight to 16 /8 but I do think that I could start with 14/10. I don’t think that I could ever have enough discipline to do 20/2.
For people who don’t know what I’m talking about, it’s when you don’t eat anything but drink water and black coffee for 16 hours and then you consume all your calories in eight hours and it’s supposed to do wonders for your metabolism but also your health. If anyone has any tricks, tips, or experiences from doing this let me know!
