I just think Kim is trying to keep up with her sister Kourtney. Since Kourt and Travis have been in the spotlight Kim might want the attention too. So yeah probably a PR stunt. 

I need everyone’s thought because I still can’t figure out where I stand on this. 

On one hand they look so happy and fun (which we have not seen from Kim in a long time) but on the other hand I just still don’t think Mr. Davidson is going to be North’s new stepdaddy. Something still feels a little fishy about the two…
