Ahh how exciting! Congrats!! I would def say buy a new outfit dedicated to day 1 of your new job. 

Wake up an hour earlier than you usually do, just to center yourself ahead of time. Take an outdoor walk to get coffee or something to perk you up and allow you to breathe fresh air. And, or course, wear a fun outfit!

I'm going to counter -- and say wear your favorite outfit, or at least something that you're comfortable/confident in. You're going to be nervous as is, you don't need to worry about pulling down your shirt or a blister forming on your foot from a new pair of shoes! I agree about waking up a little early so you can make sure you're not rushing/having plenty of time to commute if it applies. Good luck!

Definitely treat yourself to a new outfit, morning coffee and muffin/breakfast item to kick off your day! Even if you’re remote!
