have an 11 year old frenchie, kimchi. got her when she was a year old. she’s hard headed but a total cuddle bug. only health issues she’s had are some allergies & sensitivity to the heat in the summer months because of her flat face lol

I lived with two frenchies for 5 years (they were my roommates'). They both had back problems and would eat socks, which led to frequent vet visits. The health issues are real, so def something to think about!

Love Frenchies! Never had one though, and know that they are high maintenance. With that said... all dogs are! 

I'm going to say regardless if you get a frenchie or not... adopt!! there are so many doggos (yes even pure bred ones) that need a loving home. There's no reason to buy a dog from a breeder these days, imho!

I am obsessed with French Bulldogs but they are hella expensive. I also know they are prone to health issues. Does anyone have one?? I'd love to hear what Frenchie owners have to say!
