Best sleep position
Hello fellow insomniacs.
While I was up last night at my usual 3am anxiety wake up call, I was thinking about the best sleep position.
There are a few that I find THE BEST:
1) the lowercase h: on your side, with the top leg bent over at a 90 degree angle.
2) the full stomach lay: title says it all
3) the figure 4: on your back with one leg bent at the knee
4) the fetal position: we know it bc we were born doin it
What is the best position to lay that has helped you fall asleep. Corpse (aka flat on your back) ain’t workin for me.

I really try corpse and even mummy, but they just don't work for me. There's nothing cozy about these positions. I'm stomach and side sleeper (many variations of both) or "sleeper" because I'm terrible at it. The side sleeper in me has created the worstttttttt chest lines of any 39yo in the history of the world. Highly recommend avoiding the side if you can.
May I offer a slight variation of the corpse? It's called the mummy, where you cross your arms across your chest and cross your legs too. It releases your lower back and feels amazing.
Full stomach lay all the way!
I usually start on my stomach but then my back starts to hurt, so I end up on my side.
I am a corpse but with my arms above my head. I feel like my hands swell in my sleep (?) and this position prevents that
