Fresh graves are dug and decades-long secrets are dug up in this week’s I Know What You Did Last Summer.

“Snak N’ Stuff,” begins with its titular scene in which Margot records herself stuffing herself with assorted snacks and sweets in her bathroom. I’m well aware that we’re watching a woman who’s clearly reached rock bottom, but this Willy Wonka montage made my mouth water. If it wasn’t happening in the same room that she defecates, I may have been tempted to record a mukbang video of my own.

A town hall meeting is held to discuss the recent string of murders, and not much is accomplished, which makes sense when you think about the fact that the only police officer who seemed to be good at their job had their throat slit at the end of last week’s episode. I’ve seen Lyla’s police equipment used more to act out her fetishes than to actually solve crimes. And this is the chief.

We do find out that “the cult” mentioned every episode hasn't been active for 25 years, since they committed mass suicide, so I'm taking them off of the suspect list for now. That doesn’t explain the altar set up in the cave or Clara, who sacrifices goats, but maybe she's just reliving her glory days?

We’ll get some answers soon enough because Dylan is in the cave, carving Allison’s name in the wall when Clara emerges from the shadows. (Does she live here? If so, where does she park her black truck? I have so many questions, but mostly why is she always in the shadows of this cave?!)
