Who bakes the examples?

Before the technical challenges, Pru and Paul sit down to discuss whatever the item is that must be baked for the technical challenge, and eat it. My question is: who is baking these exemplary examples of the technical challenges? Are they getting them from a nearby bakery? Is Paul whipping them up? Pru? I need to know.
