Especially since Riverdale is ending too, I feel like the CW needs to do an entire overhaul. Post-Vampire Diaries and superheroes, they started doing a lot of the same — supernatural shows, comic book adaptations, etc., with very specific fandoms. And everything has felt so literally dark. 

I miss the Gilmore Girls / Gossip Girl / Privileged / 90210 era that was just so much more fun and approachable across generations. I hope they start to learn from their own history a bit more. 

I think they’ve got an aging up audience, and now they have to redirect their attention to the current teenage market (as in, younger Gen Z). I think it would behoove them to infuse a little more humor into their content slate. 

Guys what the actual f*** is going on at The CW. It’s easier to list the shows they DIDN’t cancel than the ones they did. But anyways the network canceled:

I’m honestly shook. It’s a massacre over there. I heard they may be preparing to get sold.
