I think the bigger struggle is trying to talk to someone at a bar during the super bowl. First of all, crowded. Secondly, anyone who wants to watch the game will not be primed for a convo. (Though, to your point, maybe that’s a good way of weeding out the hyper-passionate.) 

It’s also a shitty day for any woman who does like sports — get ready to be challenged to “name three players if you love football” by horrible dudes.

It is Super Bowl Sunday.  This means, most dudes will be going out. And what a way for a single girl to celebrate other than texting her single girlies trying to figure out where the "men go to watch sports". It is like the blind leading the blind. 

And you might be wondering, why would you want to meet a man who watches sports? And that is a great question, but the standards are in the gutter and I'll take what I can get. Annnnd, I think if a man is willing to go to a public place to watch the game it means he *might* not take it that seriously... TBD.
