Have you ever tried red light therapy/Sola Wave?

Ok, so I know in another thread I was like, BETTER IS LESS when it comes to skincare, but that doesn't mean I'm immune to good marketing!! Especially now that I'm in my mid 30's all I can think about is PREVENTION. I saw an ad for the Sola Wave (https://solawave.co/) and I'm really intrigued. It says:

Red light therapy is a technique that uses low-level wavelengths of visible red LEDs to rejuvenate the skin. Red light therapy produces an effect that can promote healthy skin, help with the appearance of blemishes and fine lines, and minimize breakouts.

So my question is, has anyone tried the Sola Wave or red light therapy? Did you see any changes in your skin? It has 4 stars on Amazon, which seems promising. It's about $150, so not a small investment, but I can also see getting tired of using it every day and it sitting in a drawer. (I've searched their site and I can't figure out how often you're supposed to used it!)
