Do we think the assumption by men is that ladies take baths; men take showers? I know that a lot of men wouldn't deign to take a bath because it's deemed "feminine." Do they simply think our baths make it easier to shave, and, thus, we don't need a shower perch?

But some men do shave their legs…and some women do not.

This is why any shower with a bench is the best!! Sometimes the lighting is also super bad which makes the job even harder. 

More proof the patriarchy architects all: While showering, we have to do literal gymnastics in order to shave our legs.

Why in the world has no one designed a place for us to put our legs while shaving? Is there a hack I’m not aware of? How do I make this easier for myself?
