I ended up returning mine because I had the same problems. Idk if I'm just not coordinated, or my hair type isn't right (I have pretty normal hair...) but it wasn't for me at the price tag. 

I love it, but I’m still learning. I don’t think you ever perfect the air wrap. But it still works better than any curling iron or flatiron I’ve ever used so it’s worth it. 

Jenn Atkin posts a lot of tutorials on how to use it!

I was SO excited to get her and I underestimated how hard it would be. I ended up with flips at the end of my hair vs curls. I want to love her so bad but I don't know what I'm doing! Any tips?
