What's your skincare routine?

Part of my new year's resolution was to take care of my skin better and create a good routine day and night. I've sort of done that the past few months with washing my skin daily and participating in the occasional slugging , but I think I need to step it up. I need to hear your skincare routine/ any tools or tips! Also would love to hear some products you swear by.
