This is no secret but I have been told forever collagen is great for hair growth and nail strength and I've finally tried it for the past week or so and have already noticed a difference.

They’re not cheap, but I’ve heard good things about the Nutrafol Vitamins. There’s also biotin which helps hair and nails!

My hair isn't as thick as it used to be! I use The Ordinary drops and they king of help but I find it makes my hair greasy so it's not good for everyday use when I don't wash my hair. Any other product recommendations?
