Definitely threaten to cancel. They'll offer you some sort of deal in return — it won't be the best case scenario, but you'll be able to spend less than $200/month and feel a bit better about it. 

I love a good customer service challenge. If you’re up for it, make it a game. Aim for six months free with no fewer than one month free and see what you can get 🏆 

Im sick of them!!!! Every time I turn around they are doing some kind of ‘maintenance’ that affects my Wi-Fi. They also gave me boxes where if the Wi-Fi is out I can’t watch cable either. Like I should be able to watch my tv if its just the Wi-Fi affected. It’s so stupid. Then when they are doing all this maintenance or my Wi-Fi goes down for hours which happens often they don’t offer anything. I pay over 200 dollars for my internet and cable. They could at the very least offer something for my troubles but they don’t. To top things off the other day i was on a zoom and i kept freezing!! It’s getting ridiculous.
