Might be best to consult a doctor if it persists. Though, I have heard of people cutting gluten out of their diet, which has caused their migraines to stop.  

I’ve always gone for excedrin, but I feel like that only works for temporary relief. I’ve also been having a tension headache lately on the left side of my head that I can’t seem to get rid of — my theory is lack of sleep, so I need to get that fixed asap. 

This sounds like something you should see a doctor about instead of just looking for temporary relief.

Lately, I've been suffering from so many migraines. I take something then it goes away for a little then comes right back and I'm not sure what that is all about. Does anyone else experience chronic migraines?!
