As the title of this post suggests, I am ALWAYS tired. It doesn’t matter if I get 3 hours of sleep or 13. It doesn’t matter if I have no coffee or my normal 3 cups. It doesn’t matter if I eat terribly or stick to greens. I am always tired!

Could it be depression? Sure. But let’s assume it’s not because that’ll take more than advice in a community post to get through. So if I’m just programmed to always be on the verge on exhaustion, what do you do to get through your day without falling asleep like you were just pricked by a magic spindle?
