I've done Botox before! I haven't done it in 4 years or so though, and don't miss it as much as I thought I would. It wasn't painful at all, butttt in terms of results, one time I think I go too much and I was really frozen, and when I raised my eyebrows, they went into little triangles. (Like Brittany Cartwright's do, because she, too, got too much Botox). When I lessened the amount of CCs, it was way better. I think I went from 40cc to 20cc in the forehead. 

I've been doing botox for years, not painful at all and exactly what you expect. forehead, 11s (between brows), crows feet, and more recently, lip flip. Last one didn't have a huge effect IMHO, but that may just be my face. an expensive hobby to say the least.
