There is no way they are endgame, because in the Kardashian universe, no relationship is endgame. These women can build billion dollar businesses, keep their foothold on the internet, and start trends adapted worldwide, but they cannot keep a relationship. And I think that's on purpose — the second a relationship fails to generate them the attention they need, it's over. It's just the circle of Kardashian life. 

I truly believe the only real relationship we ever saw was Kourtney and Scott. 

No way they're endgame, but I think it will be a fun time regardless. Endgame would mean Pete's becoming a step-father LOL!

I still don’t buy it. I bet they’re both having a blast together, but I am very skeptical they are actually *romantic*. Pete brings humanity to that family, and they know it benefits their storyline right now.
