It's so interesting — the first time we watch, we're primed to dislike Emily, just because she's immediately set up as an adversary to Lorelei. And then, in the rewatches... it's so clear that, as you mention, she is in the right for every frustration she has. I mean, she LOVES Lorelei and Rory, and they never truly appreciate it. 

I do feel bad for Lane, especially since we all know her intended endgame was likely Dave. They were such a great match, and I understand we had to lose him to gain Seth Cohen, but I’m still sad about it. 

Also, hit the nail on the head re: Jess — if you can’t get along with the people in your partner’s life, then you are doing something wrong and thinking only about yourself. I will never be Team Jess for this reason and so many more. 

I too believe Christopher and Lorelai were endgame!! Controversial opinion but, I didn’t care for Luke. Such an eyore. Cheer up!!!!

So I watch a lot of Gilmore Girls, and I mean a lot, it is basically always on and I just want to drop some random thoughts I have. 

- Emily was never wrong. She was right to throw that all-boy Yale party for Rory, she was right to be upset that Lorelei never told her about the engagement with Max, I mean the list goes on and on. 

-LANE DESERVED BETTER. Just as a whole I think she deserved so much better than getting pregnant and married to Zach... I wanted her to be with someone deserving of her! 

-Lorelei ran Max ragged and then terrorized him at Chilton. 

-Lindsay's mom was right to cuss out Rory and Lorelei in the town square.

-Rory lost her mind when she cut her hair much like Carole Radziwill. 

-Jess was mean to everyone but Rory and that is a horrible quality in a SO.
