I would cut a check to a "honeymoon fund," which people typically use either really for the honeymoon, or just for their own bank accounts. No one hates getting cash! 

Yeah giving a gift card or donating to the honeymoon fund is great! I've given these masks before, which truly do make a difference.

A gift card, honestly. If you can get one for one of the places she's registered, great, otherwise a Crate and Barrel or somewhere she can buy wedding adjacent things for herself. 

I feel like it depends on how well you know the bride. Fancy champagne/alcohol? Money? 

Ok, so I have a bridal shower and the bride is registered at very limited places, two of them are way out of my price range and the other one most of her registry is already bought.
