Are Deepti and Kyle in a relationship yet?

Today Deepti posted a video on Instagram of herself giving Kyle a "facial" with some rollers and a steamer... Kyle replied from his account saying "Who doesn't love a deep facial?" Is that a play on her name? Are they finally dating?? Will we ever find out?? To be honest, regardless of their status I don't blame them for wanting to keep their personal life quiet after how exposed they were on LIB2. But I still want to know what's going on! Do you think we will get a relationship update soon? Or are they just friends?
