When do people have their lunch?

Y'all I am all over the place these days. I used to be a standard 2 p.m. luncher but now I'm at 11 a.m., with a 4:30 p.m. small second lunch/larger snack. Remember in elementary school when lunch used to be at 10:45 a.m.? And then in high school, I got the late seating with a 2:30 p.m. lunch.

I need help. When do you eat lunch and how is that working out for you.
