What show did you love, only to have to stop watching it later?

Three that come to mind to me:

1. The Walking Dead: LOVED the first season — it felt so fresh, exciting, and unpredictable, and then they went to a farm and... zzzzzz. I feel like they should have made it an anthology series from the start.

2. Heroes: Another show that should have been an anthology. That first season was so much fun, and then they just didn't know how to continue developing their characters. I know the writer's strike didn't help, but, man, the fall from grace for this series was intense.

3. Riverdale: I quit as soon as I stopped being able to keep track who was in what gang. But, luckily, I stuck around long enough to experience the epic highs and lows of high school football.
