'Pop Chaser' Talks Nicolas Cage's Pig Movie, Erika's Future On 'RHOBH,' & An Aged Paul Rudd

If there was one movie that haunted me throughout my childhood it was Babe. I don't even remember what it was about — a young pig trying to get through life after losing his mom to the slaughterhouse? Or was that Bambi? — but I just remember it traumatized me and probably you, too, if you were in the Young & Malleable age group the year it came out. Now, almost 20 years later, just as I've healed the scars a movie I don't even remember that well left on me, Nicolas Cage has to come out with Pig.

In our new episode of Pop Chaser, my co-host Kate and I discuss Cage's new film, Pig, which seems to be a pig kidnapping film? Think Liam Neeson, but with a pig? Or John Wick, but with a pig? Even after watching the trailer, you won't have any idea what the plot is... and that's exactly why it's so great. We also discuss The Shrink Next Door, the new Apple TV+ show starring Paul Rudd and Will Ferrell, coming this November. As my colleague Olivia Truffaut Wong said, the trailer proves Rudd can age, he just chooses not to.

And of course, it wouldn't be Pop Chaser without a 'lil Bravo. Thanks to a new interview with Teresa Giudice's lawyer on The Slut Pig Podcast, we're breaking down what could happen next to The Pretty Mess and how her RHOBH future may not look so bleak. We also talk death, because why not!

Check out the new episode of Pop Chaser below, or on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you listen to your podcasts! And don't forget to take a look at The Dipp's other weekly podcast, TV. Watch. Repeat., in which Kate and I delve into the histories of some of your favorite TV shows.
